Melissa Schilo is the founder of Workspace Concierge LLC and one of the most seasoned flex workspace consultants operating today. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in global flex operations, she brings a depth of expertise that is exceptionally rare in the consulting world.

Her career spans senior roles at ASX-listed companies and JLL, where she was a founding member of Flex by JLL — the flex workspace division of the world’s second-largest real estate services provider. She has opened 22 locations, led operations across 23 countries, and oversaw more than 200,000 square feet of provider transitions.

In one of the industry’s most demanding scenarios — transitioning failing operators to accretive, revenue-generating assets — Melissa generated over $2 million in revenues within the first six months of engagement.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she works with clients across the United States and internationally. Her work spans the full lifecycle of a flex workspace: from market research and feasibility for entrepreneurs just starting out, to sophisticated revenue strategy and sales training for established operators looking to break through performance plateaus.
